OKA Update

Well it's that time of the year again where everyone is gearing up for another great OKA season. As many of you have been following the Facebook page you are aware of the most recent news, post, and events. All 2019 events have been posted to TourneyX, so you can now register for the desired events.

OKA ToadFest 2019 is under way and off to a great start. Mike Ring is in the lead as of now but with 68 anglers registered that could all change. More and more anglers continue to sign up but keep in mind that March 15th at 11:59pm is the cutoff to register. So if you plan on signing up you need to hurry!

The 2019 Annual Season Opener will take place on March 23rd at the legendary Sardis Lake. This is the first time ever that OKA has hosted a event at Sardis Lake so why not do it in style and host our Annual Season Opener there right? This event will be a roadrunner event meaning you can launch from any public access point to the lake. The weigh in location will be held at the Potato Hills South public access area under the pavilion. Take McGuire-Lennon rd through to access this location.

Many of you have seen activity in regards to the sponsors for 2019, well it's starting to look great! Kicker Audio has sent some sweet EB400 waterproof bluetooth earbuds for us to hand out as door prizes at each event. If you want the opportunity to own a pair of these bad boys make sure to attend the weigh in at each event and hope your ticket is the lucky one.

River Town Outfitters has sent us some sweet gift certificates for in store credit, the first person out of the standings for each event will be awarded the certificate.

SuperNova Fishing Lights has been gracious to us years past and this year is no different. Three lucky winners will win a $50 certificate as a door prize at each event for 2019.

Cast Lures has stepped in this year as John Faulkner will be donating a mixed bags of lures and baits as door prizes for each event. If you have yet had the chance to use Cast Lure products you're missing out. Great products that the fish love.

Oklahoma Kayak and Dave Lindo are the Big Bass sponsors for 2019! This is great for those who win big bass at our 2019 events. The winner will receive $50 store credit to be used at either the OKC or Tulsa stores.

I don't know about you guys and gals but this season looks like it's gonna be great! Can't wait to kick off the season! I look forward to seeing those who participated last year and meeting new anglers.
